Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I am really big on customer service and did not feel a warm hospitality from girl who gave me facial. She was a fake friendly with passive aggressive comments. The actual facial work was ok but then again she wasn't talking which may have been the reason I felt at peace but if I'm spending money it's going to be to people who actually deserve to be in customer service. I will not be returning.

My wife has had a consistently frustrating experience with this massage spa. Unfortunately, she has faced last-minute cancellations multiple times, often due to scheduling conflicts with other clients. What adds to the disappointment is the perception that prepaid gift cards seem to receive lower priority, impacting her overall experience. We hope the spa addresses these scheduling issues and ensures that all customers, regardless of payment method, receive the service they deserve.

So fist time having a massage in almost 12 years and fist timers ever having a facial. Let’s start with the massage. I had mine at 6pm and Wendy was my massage therapist, she was very sweet and me being a little nervous she seems to calm me down about the whole process. She asked me questions about my stressful areas and where I hold the most tension. During the process I can honestly say that she paid attention to every stressful spot on my body even places I didn’t know tension was being held. I Hidden for very smooth and soft and she was very gentle and strong in areas that she needed to be, if that makes sense. Overall I can’t wait to go back for my next massage I would definitely recommend getting a massage from hand and stone. Now with the facial I had no idea what to expect and no idea what I was going into I can’t remember who did my facial but she also did my eyebrows. She too was very sweet and made me feel like I have know who for sometime. She did a great job examining my skin ,asking questions and suggested an adequate upgrade for the session. No unlock the massage I do not see myself going to often for facial As I don’t think that I need it that often because I feel I need a massage more. But I would definitely go back to get the facial. Definitely try this place I can either get a massage or a facial for first time used to $59.99 . And then if you decided this is something that you can do monthly and sign up for the membership definitely worth it.

Had a massage scheduled for Monday the 24th of July at 3pm. Recieved a text from Sophia stating our regular tech will not be there for the next 3 weeks but they have another tech available. We accepted the new tech and new time for the same day.i showed up at 650 pm and was told I had no appointment in the system. I showed the receptionist the texts verifing that I did and was told sorry would you like to reschedule. I stated I did just reschedule but there was nothing they could do. Asked to speak to a manager and was just given a biz card with an email on it and told to email her and she would get back to me. I emailed the manager that night and 5 days later zero correspondence back. Will be contacting corporate to see if they value there customers anymore than this location.

The "response from owner" is a joke. You're "sorry" I didn't see the cancellation policy? If you actually took the time to read what was written instead of responding a generic copy & pasted response, you would see that I was not the one who cancelled my appointment. Your location did. No wonder there are multiple reviews complaining about ownership at this location. Yikes. Cancels appointments without notifying you until you call to confirm. (After booking a month in advance)
